I wanted to take this opportunity to express the pleasure we had in working with Pancoast & Clifford on the construction of the West Chester YMCA. The project would not have been so successfully realized if it were not for the professional approach and cooperative efforts of the Pancoast & Clifford team. The constant communication, cooperation and collaborative efforts throughout the entire process created a unique team atmosphere that contributed to realizing the goals of the new YMCA.
