Frank Pancoast

Frank has worked as a construction professional for more than 45 years in a multitude of roles with a construction company. He has also worked for several projects as an Owner’s Project Manager. Creating, communicating, and implementing the vision, mission, and strategic direction for the company, he is responsible for the overall success of the Pancoast & Clifford, Inc.


Chris Clifford

With close to 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris is an insightful, thorough, and relentless construction executive. In addition to heading up the subcontracting process, he leads the other department heads in his role as COO.


Tony Mainello

Vice President of Estimating

Tony has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Tony has worked as an estimator in all sectors of commercial, light industrial, and institutional construction. He has also held the position of director of design & construction for building developers. Tony’s responsibilities include overseeing all cost estimates ranging from conceptual estimates to “hard bid” plans and specifications estimates.


Kathy VanderVeur

Kathy has spent her entire career in construction administration. She has been with Pancoast & Clifford for more than 21 years. Kathy oversees all office logistics, administration, and clerical activities. responsible for the planning and successful execution of all P&C projects.


Clifton R. Beam, IV CPA

With over 25 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership, Clif Beam serves as Chief Financial Officer of Pancoast & Clifford where he oversees all aspects of financial strategy, risk management, and operational efficiency. Since joining the company in 2007, he has played a pivotal role in guiding its growth and stability across diverse commercial construction projects.


Victor Lombardi

Vice President of Construction Operations

Vic brings close to 40 years of professional construction experience to his position. During his career in construction, Vic has held positions of project superintendent, project manager, estimator, and COO. Vic oversees all project managers, assistant project managers, and project superintendents. Vic is responsible for the planning and successful execution of all P&C projects.
