This new Class A, LEED Silver certified, 3-story building is approximately 75,000 square feet. The building includes a 2-story space designed without columns to accommodate a basketball facility and is connected to an existing office building via a 2-story link/bridge. This 27,000-square-foot fitness center fit-out included a 20,000-square-foot interior fit-out on the third floor and 7,000- square-foot first floor fitness center. A reception area, locker rooms, and an aerobic fitness floor were also constructed.
