After a 10,000-square-foot demolition of an existing pool and its skin, Pancoast & Clifford completed the construction of a new zero-entry/leisure pool, lap pool and hydro-therapy spa; new men’s, women’s and personal locker room facilities; and a sauna. Construction was completed while maintaining safe access to their on-going operations.
