Pennbrook Apartments

Extensive interior and exterior renovations, including interior reconfiguration necessary to create 16 additional apartment units for a total of 75 apartments.  Exterior work includes new windows and stair tower, as well as roofing, masonry pointing, cornice repairs, and caulking.  Interior work includes new electrical and plumbing systems, kitchen cabinets, wood floors, and sanitary risers for new apartment units.
