Pancoast and Clifford completed a 24,000-square-foot office/retail center of a steel super-structure, light gauge metal frame exterior wall, and a fully adhered EPDM roof. The exterior facade is composed of brick, cast stone, EIFS, aluminum
storefronts, and standing seam metal covered awnings. In addition, P&C completed an 11,665-square-foot medical office fit-out for Gateway Medical Associates. The project included 20 adult and pediatric exam rooms, procedure and consultation rooms, nursing stations, lab space, administrative offices, eye exam room, lunchroom/kitchen, reception area, waiting area, and restrooms.
