Gateway Medical Center

Pancoast and Clifford completed a 10,750-square-foot medical office fit-out in the North Park Retail Center. The project included 20 adult and pediatric
exam rooms, procedure and consultation rooms, nursing stations, lab space,
administrative offices, eye exam room, lunchroom/kitchen, reception area, waiting area, and restrooms.
