Pancoast & Clifford provided construction fit-out of 24,000 SF warehouse space for new indoor pickleball facility. The project consisted of minor site modifications, new admin and locker facilities, (9) new pickleball courts including lighting, HVAC, court nets, playing surface, court line painting, and court separation fencing.
