DNB First – West Chester

Complete reconstruction of the historic 1800’s era landmark building following which was destroyed by a massive 3-alarm fire. The entire building’s roof structure was rebuilt; structural repairs were made throughout; and all interior finishes and MEP systems were replaced in this 4-story, 25,000 SF project with DNB First’s West Chester Branch Office on the first floor and general offices on the floors above. The entire project was completed within an aggressive 10- month completion schedule.
