July 2025 – Pancoast & Clifford has been hard at work in recent months on a major addition and renovation project at Overbrook Golf Club in Radnor, PA. The project, a 2½ story, approx. 11,000 SF addition on top of a Cart Barn (also built by P&C approximately 10 years ago), includes a new Men’s Locker Room, Men’s Grill, Rooftop Terrace Bar, a full service commercial kitchen, and a covered extension of the Main Level Dining Terrace. The project is designed by Blackney Hayes Architects.
